North Wales Honda launched in February 2012 with Dealer Principal David Paveley. We now have a staff of 19 local people who are all an excellent example of how a dealership should operate. We are a family and a team. We care for our customers and thrive on creating the best experience for everyone who walks through our door. We take a non-pressure approach and empathise with our customers’ requirements.
Adrian has over 20 years of experience in the Motor Industry. His fantastic work ethic and warm personality is a real inspiration to the Sales Team. Adrian is a fluent Welsh speaker, plays golf, enjoys time with his family and always knows how many days it is until Christmas.
Jade has worked in both Sales and Service and is now using her experience in the Social Media and marketing department. Jade has been with North Wales Honda since her Father took over the Dealership in 2012. Outside work Jade is involved in Motorsport.
Dylan has a wealth of retail experience and is passionate about all things Honda. Relaxing away from work, Dylan indulges in Football and watches. He also has two very energetic little boys!
Lewis has been with our Sales Team for over 2 years. Lewis is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the new electric and hybrid technology. He favours the Jazz Hybrid but will help you find your next car to suit you. Outside work Lewis has an active lifestyle playing golf and football.
Ryan has been part of our team since 2021. He’s hard working, diligent and conscientious which makes him a valued member of our team. Outside work Ryan enjoys mountain biking and working on car projects.

Erin has been with North Wales Honda since the beginning and has an organised and caring approach to managing her team and customers. Her knowledge of vehicles is matched only by the technicians! She is a much loved member of staff and always has a smile waiting when you visit us. Erin enjoys walking and has a huge friendly husky.
Sarah joined the team in 2017 and she’s quickly become an integral part of our operation. With over a decade of experience in the motor industry, and having also been a parts manager, ask her anything and she’ll have an answer for you!
Beth is brilliant with customers. Her previous experience working closely with clients in a local travel agents has given her a vast range of skills in customer service. Ben has been with us since 2016 and is a valued member of the North Wales Honda team. He has 12 years of experience with Mercedes and numerous other manufacturers under his belt, his knowledge of all things of mechanical is unmatched. Ben is an excellent leader for the workshop team and has a professional, can-do attitude!
We do have more but couldn't hold them down for a picture! Jonny, Martin, Pete, Nathan and Zak make up our team of technicians and you won't find better anywhere (they promise!). These guys ensure that your vehicle is in the best hands, no job is too big or too small.
Chris is your Valet at North Wales Honda and he does a fantastic job. He prepares every new car that arrives at the dealership and takes great care with attention to detail.
Making up the last of the workshop team is Graham. This is the man to go to if you need anything from a bulb to a new exhaust and he ensures that all our parts get to us and on to the cars in time for you to take them away.
At North Wales Honda we are really keen to give local apprentices the opportunity to work in our workshop to learn the key skills and develop their understanding of efficiency and process. Faith is taking a Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs course at college and we are delighted to have her on board as our first female technician apprentice.
Karen has perhaps the most important job in the business. She has the constant headache of having to manage all our paperwork, payments, and numerous other tasks. We don’t know what we’d do without her!
