Who are North Wales Honda?

North Wales Honda launched in February 2012 with Dealer Principal David Paveley. We now have a staff of 19 local people who are all an excellent example of how a dealership should operate. We are a family and a team. We care for our customers and thrive on creating the best experience for everyone who walks through our door. We take a non-pressure approach and empathise with our customers’ requirements.

The Sales Team

Sales Manager – Adrian

Adrian has over 20 years of experience in the Motor Industry. His fantastic work ethic and warm personality is a real inspiration to the Sales Team. Adrian is a fluent welsh speaker, plays golf, enjoys time with his family and always knows how many days it is until Christmas.

Assistant Sales Manager – Jade

Jade has been with the business from the beginning and has tried her hand at numerous roles within the company. Sales is where jade thrives and she’s always on hand to answer any questions and to steer the ship when Adrian isn’t here. A championship rally driver in her spare time, Jade knows cars. 

 

Sales Executive – Leam

Leam joined the company in 2016 and has been an asset to us ever since. Hard working and dedicated, Leam will ensure a pleasant experience as soon as you step into our showroom. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and PlayStation of course!

The After-sales Team

Service Manager – Erin

Erin has been with North Wales Honda since the beginning and has an organised and caring approach to managing her team and customers. Her knowledge of vehicles is matched only by the technicians! She is a much loved member of staff and always has a smile waiting when you visit us. Erin enjoys walking and has a huge friendly husky.

Assistant Service Manager – Sarah

Sarah joined the team in 2017 and she’s quickly become an integral part of our operation. With over a decade of experience in the motor industry, and having also been a parts manager, ask her anything and she’ll have an answer for you! 

Service Advisor – George

George has only recently joined the North Wales Honda team but it feels like he’s been here for years. A great fit for the service advisor role, George is always friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. 

Service Advisor – Sam

You may recognise Sam as a member of the sales team but he has recently made the move to the after-sales department. With his sales experience, Sam has a well rounded knowledge of most aspects of the business and he’s a great member of the team! In his spare time, Sam enjoys driving attending Coffee and Cars in his vintage Mini.

The Workshop

Workshop Manager – Ben

Ben has been with us since 2016 and is a vital part to the North Wales Honda team. With 12 years of experience with Mercedes and numerous other manufacturers under his belt, his knowledge of all things mechanical is unmatched. We have yet to present him with a problem that he can’t solve, he’s just that good. 

 

The Technicians 

We do have more but we couldn’t hold them down for a picture! Johnny, Carl, Martin and Pete make up our team of technicians and you won’t find better around (they promise). These guys ensure that your vehicle is in the best hands, no job is too big or too small for them.

The Valeting Team

Chris and Dave make up our valeting team at North Wales Honda and they do a fantastic job. They can make any car look like new with their care and attention and are out washing vehicles come rain or shine. If you want Lifeshine on your car then these are the guys to come to.

Parts Manager

Making up the last of the workshop team is Graham. This is the man to go to if you need anything from a bulb to a new exhaust and he ensures all our parts get to us and on the cars in time for you to take away. 

The Ones Behind the Scenes

Business Administrator – Karen

Karen has perhaps the most important job in the business. She has the constant headache of having to manage all our paperwork, payments, and numerous other tasks. We don’t know what we’d do without her!

Social Media and Marketing – Abby

If you’ve seen our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages and how amazing they look, this is the person behind them. Abby has been with us since the beginning of 2017 and handles all marketing aspects and enquiries. As she’s the person behind the camera we just didn’t have a picture of her, (she is also the one writing the staff profiles so can say as many nice things about herself as she wants)!
