‘FIVE Service Plan' includes: five scheduled services, as detailed in the vehicle service book, from the date of vehicle registration, up until 5 years or 62,500 miles – whichever comes first. *Plan Price – means the cost not exceeding £799 (inc VAT) for the ‘FIVE Service Plan'. For an additional £399, the 'Customer Care Package' includes the 'FIVE Service Plan', two-years' Extended Guarantee and two-years' of Hondacare Assistance, as set out in your invoice. The ‘FIVE Service Plan' and ‘Customer Care Package’ is available to purchase on selected models. Plan Price may vary by model subject to campaign offers at point of vehicle purchase. Models eligible for ‘FIVE’ and ‘Customer Care Package’ include Honda Jazz, Honda Jazz Crosstar, Honda Civic, Honda Civic Type R, Honda CR-V, Honda HR-V and Honda ZR-V and Honda e:Ny1. You are entitled to cancel the ‘FIVE’ servicing product and ‘Customer Care Package’ within 14 days of the date set out on the Customer Schedule without giving any reason (excl. e:Ny1).
